Thank you for joining us as MOBB Stylez ’n Hair Prosthesis celebrates 7 years of beauty, business, community and growth!

Our Anniversary Marketplace will feature a carefully selected group of local businesses, food, shopping, giveaways, beauty, wellness, MSHP Hair Care and community.

We are intentionally keeping our vendor marketplace small and curated to give participating businesses room to showcase their brands and connect with guests. Applications will be accepted until August 27, 2026.

Vendor Registration — $25

Your vendor registration includes:

One designated vendor space
Inclusion in our Anniversary Marketplace
Event promotion through MOBB Stylez ’n Hair Prosthesis
Opportunity to sell and promote your products or services
Opportunity to introduce your business to new customers
Inclusion in event-day vendor recognition

Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable after your participation has been confirmed.

Please do not purchase a vendor space unless you have been approved to participate. You will receive a payment link upon approval.

GIVEAWAY CONTRIBUTION

In addition to the $25 vendor fee, each participating vendor must contribute one product, gift certificate or service to our 7-Year Anniversary Giveaway.

There is no required dollar amount, but we ask that you contribute something that positively represents your business.

Please attach your business information to your giveaway item so the winner knows which business provided the gift.

WHAT YOU PROVIDE

Unless otherwise communicated, vendors are responsible for providing their own:

Table
Chairs
Table covering
Displays
Signage
Payment/POS equipment
Products and supplies
Shopping bags/packaging
Any equipment necessary to operate your booth

All displays and equipment must remain within your assigned vendor space.

SETUP & BREAKDOWN

Vendor setup instructions and arrival times will be provided to approved vendors before the event.

All vendors must be completely set up before the event begins at 1:00 PM.

Please plan to remain set up through 5:00 PM.

Early breakdown is not permitted unless there is an emergency or prior approval has been received.

HELP US PROMOTE

This celebration is designed to bring our communities and customer bases together.

Every participating vendor is expected to help promote the event.

MOBB Stylez ’n Hair Prosthesis will provide the official event flyer.

Participating vendors agree to share at minimum:

1 feed post or Reel
2 Story shares prior to the event

Please tag MOBB Stylez ’n Hair Prosthesis when promoting the celebration.

The more each business promotes, the more exposure we can create for everyone involved.

Candles & Home Fragrance
Wellness
Desserts & Specialty Treats
Specialty Food
Specialty Beverages
Art & Handmade Goods
Photography/Content Services
Unique Local Products & Services

To maintain variety, we may limit the number of vendors offering similar products or services.

MSHP Hair Care will be the featured hair and scalp product line for this event. Competing hair/scalp product vendors may not be accepted.

SPECIALTY FOOD & BEVERAGE VENDORS

Food and beverage vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, food-handler requirements or other approvals required for their business and products.

MOBB Stylez ’n Hair Prosthesis does not obtain permits on behalf of individual vendors.

SALES & TAXES

Each vendor operates as an independent business.

Vendors are solely responsible for:

Collecting their own payments
Providing receipts when applicable
Collecting and reporting applicable taxes
Maintaining required licenses and permits
Complying with laws applicable to their business

MOBB Stylez ’n Hair Prosthesis does not collect payments on behalf of participating vendors and does not receive a percentage of vendor sales.

LIABILITY & PROPERTY

Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, money, equipment, displays, employees and personal property.

MOBB Stylez ’n Hair Prosthesis LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged merchandise, equipment or personal belongings.

Vendors are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their employees, representatives, equipment or displays.

Participation is at the vendor's own risk.

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

This event is being held in a professional business environment.

All vendors and representatives are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward residents, guests, other vendors, MOBB Stylez ’n Hair Prosthesis staff and neighboring businesses.

Unsafe, disruptive, threatening, disrespectful or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate removal from the event, forfeiting your payment.

NO GUARANTEE OF SALES

MOBB Stylez ’n Hair Prosthesis will promote the event; however, we cannot guarantee:

Attendance
Customer traffic
Sales
Revenue
Social media exposure
Future business

Vendor fees are for participation in the event and are not dependent upon sales performance.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Vendor registration fees are non-refundable.

If you are unable to participate after registering, please notify MOBB Stylez ’n Hair Prosthesis as soon as possible.

Failure to attend does not qualify for a refund or transfer to a future event.

Only if MOBB Stylez ’n Hair Prosthesis cancels the entire event, vendor registration fees will be refunded.

BEFORE CHECKOUT

Please confirm:

I have been approved as a vendor before submitting payment.
I understand the $25 vendor fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
I agree to contribute one product, gift certificate or service to the Anniversary Giveaway.
I understand that I am responsible for my own table, chair, displays and business supplies unless otherwise stated.
I agree to promote the event using the official event flyer.
I understand that sales and attendance are not guaranteed.
I am responsible for all permits, licenses, taxes and requirements applicable to my business.
I have read and agree to the Vendor Guidelines.
