MOBB Stylez 'n Hair Prosthesis Hair Care

At MOBB Stylez 'n Hair Prosthesis, we take pride in providing high-quality hair care products. Due to the personal nature of our products, we maintain strict return guidelines to protect all customers.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery for:

  • Incorrect items received

  • Damaged products received during shipment

  • Unopened and unused products in original packaging

All return requests must be approved prior to shipping products back.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened hair care products

  • Used hair care products

  • Herbyl Oyl

  • Leave-In Detangler

  • Shampoos

  • Conditioners

  • Product bundles with missing items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom formulations

  • Customized orders

  • Human hair products

  • Hair extensions

  • Braiding hair

  • Cranial prosthetics

  • Hair systems

  • Digital products

For health, safety, and sanitation reasons, products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or altered cannot be returned.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Email photos of:

    • Product

    • Packaging

    • Shipping label

  3. Include your order number

RETURN SHIPPING

Approved returns must be shipped to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an error was made by MOBB Stylez 'n Hair Prosthesis.

We strongly recommend shipping with tracking and insurance.

EASYSHIP RETURNS

Return labels are processed through our Easyship return portal.

A return authorization must be obtained before any return label is issued.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to sender.

REFUNDS

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after receipt.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, MOBB Stylez 'n Hair Prosthesis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers should contact:

  • USPS

directly regarding delivery disputes. We will assist when possible.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
