Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM Mountain Time will begin processing on the next business day.

During sales, promotions, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship through:

  • USPS Ground Advantage

  • USPS Priority Mail (when selected)

All shipments include tracking information.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the address provided during checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Carrier rates

We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods when necessary to ensure timely delivery.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

USPS Ground Advantage

  • 2–5 business days

USPS Priority Mail

  • 1–3 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping

Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders and promotional events.

When applicable, free shipping will automatically appear at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

MOBB Stylez 'n Hair Prosthesis is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete addresses

  • Returned packages due to customer error

If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

MOBB Stylez 'n Hair Prosthesis is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Misdelivered packages

Customers should contact USPS directly regarding delivery issues.

We will assist when possible by providing shipment information and documentation.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package and contents immediately.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Include your order number and photographs.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • Government-imposed charges

These fees are not included in product or shipping prices.

Easyship Tracking

All orders shipped through Easyship include tracking.

Customers may track their shipments using the tracking link provided in their shipping confirmation email.
