9. SCALP ANALYSIS & HAIR LOSS SERVICES

Scalp analysis services provided by MOBB Stylez 'n Hair Prosthesis are educational and cosmetic in nature. We are not medical providers and do not diagnose medical conditions. Clients experiencing hair loss, scalp disorders, infections, or medical concerns should consult a licensed physician or dermatologist.

10. HAIR PROSTHESIS SERVICES

Hair prosthesis, cranial prosthesis, wigs, toppers, and custom systems are custom products. Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has begun.

11. APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Appointments are subject to our booking policies. By booking an appointment, you agree to: Arrive on time Complete required intake forms Follow service preparation instructions Late arrivals, no-shows, cancellations, and deposits may be subject to additional policies disclosed during booking.
